Through scenario-based learning and role-play activities, participants will develop the ability to respond effectively to medical issues, emergencies, turbulence, and passenger concerns.

Course Content:

  • Unit 2: Taking Charge in an Emergency

    • Leadership and communication during crises

  • Unit 3: Turbulence

    • Safety protocols and passenger reassurance

  • Unit 4: Preparing for an Evacuation

    • Procedures, coordination, and safety checks

  • Unit 5: Responding to Passengers’ Complaints

    • Conflict management and customer service strategies

By the end of the course, participants will be able to demonstrate calm, effective decision-making, apply safety procedures, and maintain a high standard of customer care under pressure, ensuring both passenger safety and service quality.
